Supervision
We provide the supervision service represented in supervising and following up on all the projects that we design, whether they are individuals or projects of private entities, and ensuring that they are being implemented as planned, while conducting an inventory of the works, reviewing them, and approving them in a way that ensures the delivery of the project on time and to the fullest extent. We also prepare value engineering studies on business items in various projects and submit them to the owner to ensure increased production and reduced costs
Supervision of project work at SAMAA Engineering Consultants is as follows
- Determining the responsibilities of contractor engineers
Clarifying some of the contracting responsibilities, commitments and rights during work implementation
- Clarifying the conditions, instructions and regulations applicable to implementation
- Determining the basic steps to supervise the implementation of various project work
- Determining the procedures followed in implementing projects
- Reducing problems and obstacles that may begin during project implementation
